College Sports Resources In Xi'an Social Sharing

The college sports resources sharing play an important role in public resources in our country. On the one hand, it would alleviate the contradiction between the lack of sports resources and people’s increasing demands of the sports; promote the construction of the public sports service system and the national fitness plan in China. It would play a positive role in building a harmonious society. On the other hand, it is conducive to the integration of the college sports resources and it would promote the reform of the college sports education.This research uses the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation and mathematical statistics method. From the perspective of public service and with the aid of public management theory, it comprehensively use the knowledge of economics, management science, sociology, systematically analyze the reasons of the existence of Xi’an university social sports resources sharing and restricted factors, and further proposes the corresponding solution.Based on the present situation of Xi’an university social sports resources sharing, there are so many problems. On the state level:the lack of government guidance, the related lawlessness and regulations documents missing, etc. On the college level:the lack of college sports fields and the budget shortage, the lag management, the lack of physical education teachers, the limited sports resource contradict the social demands of the sports, the lack of coordination organization between the college and the society, a breakdown of communication, the lack of traditional PE. Combined with multivariate supply sports public services research at home and abroad, the author introduces the diversified supply theory in the construction of Xi’an university social sports resources sharing mode, based on their own sports development of colleges and the demands of the sports from the social people, in order to achieve the communication between the government, college, market and society; build the win-win situation of participating and mutually beneficial. To implement the mode of college sports resources, we should improve the supply capacity of social services, perfect the laws and regulations of the college sports resources and social sharing, establish and improve the operational mechanism of college social sports resources sharing, and set up the social responsibility, advocate public spirit and so on.The theoretical and practical significance of this study mainly as follows:investigating the firs thand information of the college sports resources and the status of social sharing in Xi’an, ana lyzing the constraints of it, providing theoretical and practical references for using and develo ping college sports resources in effect, exploring a social sharing path for college sports resou rces in Xi’an, building the sports public service system in Xi’an, and promoting regional socio-economic and cultural development.
