Data is voluminous in the Information age. Find the right ways that get the useful information effectively in Information Ocean to become an issue of concern. Traditional search engine that based keyword only return relevant web links, to find the useful information from that, student will take a lot of time. Answering system based on natural language processing technology can answer user’s questions timely, directly return to the corresponding question. Therefore, various answering system for professional fields that in order to improve the efficiency of the students acquire knowledge came into being. The system can quickly return the course knowledge of computer network to users, thus improving the efficiency of student access to "Computer Network" course knowledge. In this paper, the main work done as follows:(1)To do a detailed analysis for the status of research that question answering system and describes the technical and theoretical question answering system used. Analysis various Chinese word segmentation and describes the technology and theory about extraction of web information.(2)To collect questions about computer network by three ways that the textbook, network courses and classroom, processing questions in accordance with the characteristics of linguistic, and make reasonable answer. According to adopted sentence similarity calculation method and taking into account the requirements of good interaction. Make use of the form that "question-answer" to build knowledge library about "computer network" course in the article.(3)To use the ICTCLAS technology segmentation word for question. Use sentences similarity calculation method based on semantic to calculation similarity between questions for the user and issues in the knowledge library, find matching questions and answers from the knowledge library, and then return knowledge to the user.(4)To design the capabilities that web data acquisition. Use Jsoup technology to extract relevant links and content from the results page that search engine obtain page associated with the user’s problems. Return to web definitions related to user’s issues.(5)Design and implement capabilities that the management of knowledge library to dynamically manages knowledge library.(6)Design and implementation of the "Computer Network" course FAQ system on the base of the above work. After testing the system, to verify that the system can correctly answer questions that posed by the user and achieve the intended purpose.
