Online education is the basic technical approach for building a learning society and lifelong learning system in the information age.At the same time,"Internet + education" has been written into the national education "13th Five-Year Plan",and education informatization has been incorporated into the national strategy.Especially since the “new coronavirus epidemic” at the beginning of 2020,online education has developed rapidly,and it has become popular because of its convenience,flexibility,and personalization.Online education usually includes multiple links such as instruction,teaching,answering questions,and evaluation.Only when all links develop in a balanced manner and promote each other can the quality of online education be effectively improved.The Q&A link often relies on the Q&A system to provide students with answers to their questions and help improve the learning effect of the students.However,the question answering link of online education in our country has not been paid enough attention.There are weaknesses in the question answering links of many online education platforms in the market: or the answering function is in the form of instant messages,making it inconvenient for answers to be submerged in various chat messages Retrieval;or teachers have to repeatedly answer questions about the same knowledge point to satisfy multiple questions from different students,resulting in low efficiency;or the question-answering function lacks an incentive mechanism,and the teacher and students' participation is not high;or the question-answering form is too simple and experience Not friendly enough.Based on this,this paper designs and implements a Q&A system for an online education platform based on text similarity calculation.The main work include:(1)In order to solve the problem of repeated questions and answers by the students,the text similarity calculation technology is applied to the Q&A system of the online education platform.A text similarity calculation model is established based on BERT(Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers),and a matching similarity questioning algorithm based on similarity calculation is designed and implemented.The trained text similarity calculation model has a high accuracy rate,and has a good application effect in the matching similar questioning algorithm,which can effectively reduce the workload of teachers for repeated answering questions.(2)Combined with the research and analysis of the existing online education platform answering system,a novel online education platform answering system was designed and implemented.The main system functions such as question function,answer function,gold coin incentive,etc.were analyzed and designed in detail,and the system architecture and database design were carried out.In order to increase the utilization rate of the Q&A system by users,a set of gold coin incentive schemes are specially designed.Q&A teachers can get corresponding gold coins for answering questions,and students can get gold coins back when their questions are recognized by others.(3)A detailed design and implementation of the Q&A system for the online education platform based on the similarity calculation in this paper.The system was built using Django WEB framework,Python language and MTV(Model-Template-View)model,and the design and implementation of main functions such as student questions,teacher answers,and full-text retrieval were explained.The system researched and constructed in this paper is used as an attempt and application of text similarity calculation in the Q&A link of online education,combined with the gold coin incentive mechanism to provide users with a friendly Q&A experience.It can be used as a subsystem of the Q&A link of online education and provide strong support for the online education platform.
