School social work,one of the important areas of social work,began in the late19th century and the early20th century of America,it already has a history of more than one hundred years, and has formed a relatively complete system about theory and practice,providing important reference for other countries’ development of school social work.At present,our society is faced with great change and development,also a period of social transition.The changes of the various values brought the huge impact,making people have no idea in choosing values,especially the impact on children and adolescents.The intervention of school social work has gradually revealed professional advantages in promoting children’s development,playing an indispensable role in school education department.In recent years,China has started the preliminary exploration in every city,this study takes Sichuan province Guangyuan city as an example,trying to outline the widespread problems in school social work:Social identity of school social work is not high, few people know the school social work service; It has no clear orientation of the role and function and has no boundaries with other work;The service effect is difficult to render,the evaluation system is difficult to establish;People engaged in the school social work has a big fluidity and high turnover rate.In the background of China with obvious age characteristics and characteristic culture,the existing problems of school social work can’t be solved only by relying on foreign experience.With the development of school social work,more and more problems has exposed,and the process of development is extremely slow.Therefore,developing a series of theory and practice is very necessary,and the localization of school social work is imperative.Then the study has a detailed analysis about the conditions of the localization of school social work from the view of perspective of advantage.And this author tries to explore the localization path respectively from the Angle of macro,meso and micro,making full use of all available resources,to promote the localization process of school social work.The localization process can not be achieved overnight, it is a long-term process, need to accumulate experience in practice continuously,and move forward in the experience; We need to have confidence in the future, have a little bit more patience for the reality, hold enthusiasm for work, as long as we have this in mind, services will be more powerful, the localization process of school social work will be continuously moved forward.
