With the rapid development of social economy, and the school as a foundation forpublic institutions also in fast development. In the process of the development of theschool, often students with the following characteristics: their age mostly between theages of14-16, doing nothing all day, do not love learning, smoking, drinking, fightingand so on. This kind of behavior is usually referred to as "deviant behavior". Theiractions make parents headache, not only in school teacher for their actions and thereis no way that classmate is "away" to them. Parents don’t know to what to do, theteachers don’t know how to education, the students don’t know how to contact withthem, and so on, a series of problems bothering them, study result is bad, seriouscontradiction between family and not harmonious personal relationship is theirproblems to be solved.Our traditional school social work education for students’ deviation behaviorpattern already can not adapt to the new school development mode and the behaviorof students, personality, etc. At present, the traditional school social work in our eyesis what we call the school ideological and political education work, the student work,the counselor work, rarely without the introduction of professional social workers andsocial work theory, even without introducing related theories.
