With the continuous development of the problem of an aging population, itsnegative impact has penetrated into all aspects of economic and social life."China’spopulation aging trends forecast report research results show that China’s elderlypopulation will peak in2051437million, about2times the population of children. Inthe context of gradually extend the average life expectancy, the size of the elderlypopulation continues to expand, the elderly dependency ratio rising, this brought greatpressure to China’s social security system.First, based on the theory of population forecasting model, demography,economics, and social security, population projections model, the next time China’spopulation age structure trends, the aging population and structural trends, and itsproblems. On this basis, through literature review and policy interpretation, from theperspective of the supply and demand of labor-depth analysis of the impact factors ofpopulation aging on the social security system. And select the key fac tors affectingpopulation forecasting model to empirical research methods to explore the impact ofpopulation aging on social endowment insurance fund balance of payments, old-agesecurity mode from the two dimensions of labor supply and demand as the star tingpoint. Second, analysis of changes in the elderly population in the scale of the totalmedical expenses using actuarial models and qualitative research methods to analyzethe impact of population aging on health insurance fund, as well as the impact o fsocial assistance and social welfare. Finally, by drawing on the policy measures of thewelfare state, the Latin American countries to respond to the aging of the population,based on the theory of social security, social welfare theory, for the improvement of the social security system in China to provide a theoretical proposal.This paper explored the impact of population aging on social security, mainly bybuilding mathematical econometric model for the quantitative analysis of the impactof the social pension, health insurance funds, social assistance and social welfare, andto achieve deep social security issues profiling.
