Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Donation Management In Chinese University

With these decades’s development of Chinese University Social Donation Management, university funding vary with the changing times,the idea of social donation is widely accepted, but relative to developed countries, social donation to universities in China is still in its infancy stage. At the same time,the development levels of donation between domestic universities is also uneven. So what is the impact on the management of social donation to universities, what are its core work, how to raise the level of donation management in colleges and universities in all respects,to attract more social donation,to improve the utilization of funds and other issues, are increasingly being individual University concerned.This article uses interview to disscus and analyse the management of social donation to Northeastern University,in order to provide a reference for the management of social donation to universities in China.The full text is divided into five major parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly from the topics proposed, the literature review and evaluation, the paper’s content, research methods and innovative point of departure to clear the background of this study, significance and written ideas; The second part belong to the basic research of the paper, including basic concept definition and theoretical basis of introduction and the establishment of the research framework, for the further research of the paper laid a theoretical foundation; The third part includes the analysis of Northeastern University in donation management work current situation, problems and its reasons within the framework; The fourth part is the core part of the paper, according to the second and the third chapters mentioned the research framework and the problems presented to donate work,improve the strategies and recommendations to provide a reference for the National Higher Education; The last part of the paper is the conclusion, summarize the work done and the understanding, and put forward the shortcomings and issues of the paper.The innovation of this paper lies in conducting research and analysis social donation management of Northeastern University from the microscopic point of view, and establishing a framework for Social Donation management structure, so as to research and consider other university social donation management provides a reference standard. In addition, the countermeasures of this paper is derived based on the microscopic study of Northeastern University, countermeasures are more practical, it can provide a reference for other colleges and universities to refine and improve donation management.
