The self-efficacy of career decision-making,which is a core concept in social cognitivecareer theory,represents the degree of self-confidence for career choice.Improving vocationalstudents career decision-making self-efficacy may allow them to reduce anxiety in the face ofemployment,response positive, and flexibility in choosing various problems. More importantly,they would be able to meet new challenges with confidence,but also believe they can make theright career decisions.In recent years,resource development is one of the core concepts ofpositive youth development research,it refers to a series of external support,relevant experience,skills and values which can effectively promote the healthy development of all young people,andalso is social and psychological advantages to promote the healthy development of youth.Studieshave shown that the more resources for development young people have,the more positivedevelopment received and the less negative behaviors occurred.Academic achievement is a moreobjective evaluation of academic performance.In the secondary vocational schools,regardless ofthe teacher' s assessment method is practical operation and theoretical evaluation of therespondents,whether the students care about academic achievement or not by themselves on thesurface,the academic performance has always been an important indicator of recommendationemployment, recruitment or students to continue their studies.In this thesis,the self-efficacy of career decision-making,development of resources andacademic research are selected as variables,and with an attempt to explore the relationshipbetween them,provide a scientific basis for the relevant theoretical research and practicalapplication of adolescent mental health.This study used questionnaires,random cluster sampling,615vocational students assubjects,applying to the resources development of a questionnaire survey,career decision-makingself-efficacy scale (CDMSE) and self-perception of academic evaluation.And then using variancestatistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and other analysis and processing,drawing the following conclusions:1,vocational students have an average of18kinds of development resources. the amount ofresources are not enough rich.Total resources for development and the total number of external resources in vocational students have no differences in gender,professional,but the interactionbetween gender and professional remarkable.2, the average level of vocational students career decision-making self-efficacy was15.62.Career decision-making self-efficacy average score of each dimension in the order ofselecting targets,gathering information, self-assessment,developing plan,solving problem.Scoreswere3points or more,indicating that the five dimensions are more confident.The careerdecision-making self-efficacy of vocational students is significant differences in genders,boyscareer decision-making self-efficacy is significantly higher than girls.3, the five dimensions of internal and external resources,academic achievement,careeringdecision-making efficacy in vocational schools are significantly positively correlated.4,there is a certain relationship between the self-efficacy of career decision-making andresource development,self-aware sense of achievement.The achievement performance ofself-perception is the role of intermediary between academic career decision-making sense and thedevelopment of resources.In other words,the resource development of vocational students candirectly affect their career decision-making self-efficacy,or through the intermediary role of theindirect effects of academic career decision-making self-efficacy.This thesis focuses on how to improve the resource development and career decision-makingself-efficacy of vocational students and put forward several education proposals which canpromote positive youth developing....
