Based on the correlative researches about the career decision-making self-efficacy in and abroad, this thesis studies the career decision-making self-efficacy situation of the students from Nanjing vocational schools by questionnaire survey. Furthermore, the author attempts to find out the influencing factors of the career decision-making self-efficacy of the students of vocational school and the concerned differences analysis. The research results indicate:1. The whole level of career decision-making self-efficacy of the students of Nanjing vocational schools is above the middle, but there exists distinct differences in individuals. The author compared the differences in concerned factors and got the results as the following: there exists distinct differences in schools on the dimension of problem-solving, grades on the dimensions of self-evaluating and message-gathering and also in majors on the dimensions of aim-choosing and problem-solving. However there is no difference in gender about the career decision-making self-efficacy, and whether the students come from rural or urban areas, and whether the students have or haven't gotten career experiences.2. The author take the factor-analysis method to deal with the date about the influencing factor of career decision-making self-efficacy of vocational schools' students. The structure of the influencing factor includes 8 dimensions: personal character, school work behavior, extravert capability, major and career, individual experiences, social supporting, inherent character, concerned messages. Although the name of some factors are not very exact, some items' orientation is not very reasonable, it is need further researches.3. The research result also suggests that different groups have different opinions on the influencing factors of the career decision-making self-efficacy: the students from different schools have different opinions about the factors of personal character, school work behavior, major and career, extravert capability, social supporting and inherent character; the students from different grades have different opinions about the factors of school work behavior, extravert capability and inherent character; the students of different majors have different opinions about the factors of extravert capability and inherent character; the different gender students have different opinions about the factors of personal character, extravert capability, major and career, individual experiences and concerned message. But there is no difference whether the students come from rural or urban areas, and whether the students have or haven't gotten career experiences.
