In IT class of high school, there are actually a variety of aesthetic factors,but many schools have ignored the important role of aesthetics in informationtechnology in the educational process. This research applies literature study,observation, case study and other research methods to analyze the development ofthe domestic aesthetic education theory, focusing on the status and problems ofthe aesthetic research in domestic high school education, and proposes a visionfor IT teaching in high school based on aesthetic education.The Introduction mainly describes the purpose and significance of thisresearch and explains the current research in this respect. Combined withobservations of the IT teaching, the author found the problems and tries to improvethe teaching mode from the aesthetic education.After defining the concepts of teaching mode and aesthetic education, this paperfocuses on the theoretical basis of the research and the important role of theaesthetic theories IT teaching. Under the new curriculum reform environment, weshould not only pay attention to the students ’ skills, but also develop students’information literacy. Thus, this paper proposes to establish IT classroom teachingmode under the guidance of aesthetic theory, and through explaining the importanceof aesthetic theory in teaching of information, points out the necessity ofestablishing such a teaching mode.According to performance of aesthetic theory in IT teaching, specifically thelearning environment layout settings, teaching objectives, the process ofclassroom teaching, necessary conditions and evaluation methods, this paperconstructs the classroom teaching mode. Taking into account the four main factorsin classroom teaching-students, teachers, and classroom teaching evaluation andprocess, this paper designs the teaching mode through realizing good learningenvironment, goal guidance, in-depth contents, methods and means, evaluation mechanism and teachers.Through modes based on aesthetic theory, explanation on the teaching processand reflection, the paper also expounds on the problems of classroom teaching,which is beneficial to constant improvement of the teaching mode.Finally, after analysis of some students’ works, the authors found that afterthe aesthetic-based teaching model is implemented, students showed greaterinterest and enthusiasm for learning and also improved creativity and aestheticability. The mode, to some extent, facilitates development of students and improvesstudents’ aesthetic sense and judgment and promotes the IT teaching in classroom.
