| Nowadays, the hierarchical cooperation teaching method in physical education ofuniversity is a new model of teaching after the teaching innovation implemented. Theteaching model adheres to the concept of educating students according to their naturalabilities. However the hierarchical cooperation teaching method has already been used insome areas of physical education, it is still in the phase of exploring in badminton teaching.Specialized course is one of the main teaching forms in sports institution in university.It is also the significant content of physical education reformation. According to therequirement of reform, there must be some innovations included in the educationreformation. The author combines the hierarchical cooperation teaching method withbadminton education by interviewing the experts, collecting the questionnaires fromstudents and searching the relevant articles etc. Comparing with the traditional teachingmethod, the hierarchical cooperation teaching method has many incomparable advantages.The establishment of new relationship between teachers and students in education not onlymakes students have much enthusiasm in study, but also prevent injuring students’ pride.This education model improves student’s sport skills, in the meantime, brings theimprovements at various degrees in learning interests, lifetime sports consciousness, spiritof cooperation and sense of competition. The students get all around development of moral,intellectual and physical. The achievements of this method are outstanding.In order to enrich and consummate the concept of innovation education and thehierarchical cooperation teaching method, the author of this article takes the students whostudy in Anshan normal university sports institute2010level second Special class as theobjects of experimental research. By using the hierarchical cooperation education methodto the students to verify this method is an effective teaching way in badminton teaching.Hierarchical teaching takes the experiment research of ordinary university as an example,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of hierarchical cooperative teaching method inthe application of education from the point view of practice. Thus, this research couldprovide the theoretical support and practical evidence for the purpose of popularizinghierarchical method in physical education in the future. |
