Studies On The University’s Role And Its Change Strategy Under The Public Governance Of Higher Education

The public governance of higher education is a new stage after government control and market-oriented. Under government control, university was the attachment of government, and had no autonomy. Under market-oriented, university had more autonomy, and began to participate in market competition.
