| Competition in the modern competitive sports, in essence, is the talent competition. With the development of modern competitive sports to international direction, the cultivation of reserve talents has become a key aspect of sustainable development in athletics. In the face of the period of transition from a planned economy to a market economy, the current Sports Reserve Personnel Training System showed a lot of unsuitable, and have been or are being elite sports talents cultivating constitute stealth or overt risk. In this study, the risk of literature data, expert interviews, questionnaires, Comparative Study of Competitive Sports Reserve Personnel Training, affecting in the risk factors of Reserve Talents Training and Sports Reserve Personnel Training circumvent the problem analysis and research, to explore on Sports Reserve Personnel Training sustainable development strategy, and to provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive sports in China.The main conclusions are as follows:1. In this paper, based on the analysis of Sports Reserve Personnel Training risk factors, early warning mechanisms, through the SWOT matrix analysis of the formation of the athletes risk factors from the advantages and opportunities, weaknesses and threats factors in four areas of the reserve talents of competitive sports culture risk system’s internal structure.3. of reserve sports talents early warning of the risk factors strategy is mainly reflected in:(1) must take full advantage of the coaches, referees, training system, management system, competition rules, the selection system, the competition system and the opportunities for employment security factors;(2) reduce its own successor survival, injuries and sports training and cultural education imbalance disadvantage factors;(3) try to avoid the investment and income imbalances and emergencies threat factors.4. on Sports Reserve Personnel Training avoidance strategy discussed and summed up the establishment of a mechanism to circumvent the risk of Competitive Sports Reserve Personnel Training; improve the security system of the Sports Reserve Personnel Training; establish a sound market-oriented sports insurance system avoidance strategy.
