Research On Ideological And Political Education Of College Students Employment Guidance

In recent years, along with the increasingly severe domestic employment situation, psychological problems frequently appeared in the process of college students employment which caused the social attention. These problems are related to the lack of ideological and political education. Due to ideological and political education in employment guidance work in colleges has many deficiencies, which leads to deviation on the university students’ employment concept is not correct in time, which has affected the college students’ employment.This paper refer to relevant domestic the authority of the university students’ employment survey data, draw lessons from foreign college students employment guidance theory and experience, research and analyze the domestic college students employment problems and problems of ideological and political education in employment guidance, put forward the countermeasures of college students ideological and political education in employment guidance. Full-text is divided into four parts:The first part:introduction. Analyze the research result about current ideological and political education in the employment guidance, put forward the research background, research significance, research ideas and methods.The second part:summary of college student ideological and political education in employment guidance. Mainly elaborate the intension and content of the ideological and political education in college students’ employment guidance, and the significance which is strengthen the ideological and political education in college students’ employment guidance.The third part:the status of college student ideological and political education in employment guidance. Analyze new problems and reasons arising from the present university students’ employment, and the deficiency existing in ideological and political education in employment guidance work. After analyzing the cause of the problems, this will pave below.The fourth part:the measures to strengthen college students’ ideological and political education in employment guidance. According to chapter3, the author put forward the corresponding countermeasures, including establishing the university students’ employment guidance in ideological and political education principle, enriching the content of ideological and political education in employment guidance, and a series of ways of strengthening college students’ ideological and political education in employment guidance.
