This paper focuses on a common phenomenon in the primary and middle school--exceeding class, and researches its negative effect, such as low degree of students’ participation in classroom teaching, high psychological pressure, education fairness can not be guaranteed. It brings a lot of negative effects to the middle school mathematics classroom teaching:low participation in classroom teaching; Individual tutoring is limited; so many interference factors for the big class.To solve these negative effects, the author proposes some suggestions as fellows: careful preparation, group learning, and modular decomposition of teaching content and after class feedback. The preparation stage requires:pay attention to the depth of thinking; divide the module; guide the question; focus on students; check and feedback. Group learning mainly includes grouping by student seat and grouping by some core students. But the grouping still exists some disadvantages, and in order to overcome these disadvantages, the author presents a modular decomposition of teaching content, chunking the teaching content with teaching methods or the difficulty of the teaching content. After class feedback and evaluation is the most important link in teaching practice, the author proposes a way of assigning homework by study groups and portfolio assessment. |
