The current gradually our national demand for higher education is increasing, most ofinstitutions of higher learning are expanding, the number of higher education students isrising, and this condition makes major colleges and universities in an increasinglycompetitive. Face to this current condition, teachers has also become a very importanthuman resources, teacher is in short-cut supply for high education, especially those elitesbecomes the object of major colleges and universities compete for. Major colleges anduniversities there is a growing awareness of the importance of talents, so the work ofintroduction of talents is more and more important for the human resources department ofuniversities.The introduction of talent in college as a new force is the backbone of universities,during the reform of universities’ construction of teaching and discipline. They will bring ahigher academic standard, makes greater social value and improve the overallcompetitiveness of the colleges and universities for. After analysis condition of talents inchina and aboard, bring ideas from the theory of career cycle in colleges and universitiesdivides talents into different type according to the period. Introduction of talent in differentcareer cycle have different characteristics. The introduction of master-level personnel maybring the field of high academic standards for college and give schools an excellentreputation, academic leaders will be a solid backbone of research and teaching in college,and the excellent graduate of doctors in universities who are just leaves school will be thesolid foundation of universities.The work of introduction of personnel in various universities has been graduallyattended, but the introduction of talent evaluation work has not been given huge attention.The question of take the same evaluation in between usual teachers and introduction of talentwhether or not has been troubled universities for a long time,and also not fair for otherteachers. Scholars pay lots attention on the academic atmosphere of the college humanenvironment it is security environment for scholars into the teaching and research work.Universities introduction of talent evaluation not only from a short-term personnelmanagement point of view, should be how to help the long term growth of talent and retainthe talent of personnel training to attract more talent perspective to carry out the evaluation work to ensure that the human resources work to be virtuous circle development. This paperanalyzes the status quo of college introduction of talent reference to such goals and putforward suggestions and countermeasures.
