To meet the challenge of knowledge economy, the late20th century, our countryput forward the cross-century strategy, relying on science and education in basiceducation to implement quality-oriented education project. To improve thedisadvantages of curriculum management is too centralized, to enhance curriculumadaptability to local, school and students, to keep up with the trend ofdecision-making democratization at the beginning of this century, our countrystarted the new curriculum reform, to Europe and the United States, began toimplement national, local and school three-level curriculum management, schoolautonomy was strengthened, gradually popularized in the school-based curriculumin basic education.In this paper, the author in the history of the development of school-basedcurriculum in middle school sixty-six Qingdao practice as an example, analyzingthe related literature and theory, the interpretation of the school-basedcurriculum development, the meaning of the concept of middle school historyschool-based curriculum development, from the curriculum theory of constructivism,the theory of multiple intelligences, the concept of quality education, and Swotanalysis method, etc, expounds the theoretical foundation of the development ofschool-based curriculum in middle school history. To the author for many yearsengaged in the practice of the development of school-based curriculum in thehistory of the case, such as "Qingdao middle school history research of sixty-six",the history of jiaoji railway and the historic find a trace of Qingdao historyof the development of school-based curriculum, analyzes the specific issues usingthe method of literature study, case study method, observation method, Swotanalysis and other methods, from the content of the development of middle schoolhistory school-based curriculum selection, development process, basic principles,the meaning of development, curriculum evaluation, etc, and aims at the problems,put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures.This paper argues that the middle school history school-based curriculumdevelopment, the local curriculum resources should be paid attention to mining,scientifically analyze the needs of the students, build the feasible multivariateevaluation system, the structure of the integration of curriculum development,in order to improve middle school takes an exam the education problems, educationin the middle school literally turned to quality education; Receive promote the all-round development of students, students’ personalized development potential,the effect of lay a foundation for the lifelong development of students; To promotethe smooth implement of the effective development of school-based curriculum insecondary school, cultivate the modern talents for the society. This article isdivided into six parts, will be discussed in middle school history school-basedcurriculum development:The first part: the analysis and study of relevant literature both at homeand abroad and the theory of interpretation of curriculum development, thedevelopment of school-based curriculum in middle school, high school historyschool-based curriculum development, the concept of specific connotation anddenotation of the school-based curriculum development history.The second part: combining constructivism curriculum theory, the theory ofmultiple intelligences, the concept of quality education, and Swot analysis methodand relevant theory, expounds the theoretical foundation of the development ofschool-based curriculum in middle school history.The third part: the fusion of the author in the school-based curriculumdevelopment in terms of practical experience, from the teacher’s professionaldevelopment and students’ individual character development and schoolcharacteristics construction three aspects discusses the significance of middleschool history school-based curriculum development.The fourth part: from the practical view of point, this paper expounds themiddle school history school-based curriculum development should grasp the fivebasic principles: autonomy principle, fundamental principle, developmentalprinciple, open principle and practical principle.and implementation, evaluation and improvement, to analyze the main stepsof the curriculum development of the main process, illustrates the feasibilityof the development of middle school history school-based curriculumimplementation.The sixth part: through the Swot analysis method to reflect the advantagesand opportunities in the process of development of school-based curriculum in middle school history, weaknesses and threats, in view of the problems should bepaid attention to, shallow ground puts forward the train of thought to solve theseproblems.
