"Sun City" is the Italy representative of Utopian works of Campanella. Campanella thinkscorrect and healthy education of the next generation is a necessary condition for nationalprosperity and development. Therefore, he accounts for many to Sun City Education. Hesaid, to produce a good educational effect, the new teaching method is essential. The senseof epistemology is the starting point. He emphasizes that the picture can become very easy tomaster scientific knowledge. In accordance with the wisdom of the command, Sun City insideand outside the wall filled with all kinds of beautiful scientific charts, from the outside to theinside, layers of depth, step by step to show the mysteries of science. Inspired by this designis obtained from the Sun City in the educational idea, proposed by Professor Cao Dao Ping.The design of city type teaching to teaching as the core of the Sun is theteacher use charts, models of visual aids, the teaching content hierarchical display to thestudents, guide students to explore cooperation, construction of the tree of the knowledge. Thispaper mainly introduces the design thought of education and teaching of Sun City, SunCity connotation, solves the problem of high school biology Sun City, the theory of teachingdesign practice, shows several teaching cases, and makes statistics and analysis of studentachievement. Research results show that, this design can stimulate students’ interest inlearning and the desire to explore, enhanced graphic conversion ability of students and practicalability, improve students’ learning efficiency.The first part of the paper is introduction, mainly introduced the wall charts teachingpresent situation, as well as the significance of this study. The second part introduces the SunCity’s education thought and the connotation of Sun City’s teaching design, including theconcept of the design and the chart enormous role in the teaching. The third part solve theproblem of Sun City’s teaching design theory, including the teaching design theory,constructivism learning theory and the theory of cognitive structure, subject characteristics, andintroduces in detail the design idea of this design. The fourth part can solve the problem of SunCity type teaching design theory, improve the teaching material analysis method and train ofthought, solved in teaching how to implement the teaching of new concept, and in the form ofteaching case shows the Sun City focus on design and methods of the teaching design. Thefourth part is the implementation of the fluid Mosaic model Sun City type teaching designscheme, including the implementation time, the implementation of object, and statistic theresult of the implementation. The fifth part has carried on the statistical analysis of the results of implementation, analyzes the two main score comparison class’s and grade’s in-class training,the average and variance of the mid-term grades and final grade, and the conclusion. Thisdesign can effectively promote students’ academic performance, and use the longer its effect,the more obvious. The sixth part introduces the deficiency existing in the design.
