In recent years, many teachers are in the research on teachers’teaching methods and the research method, but do not have to unify the teachers’teaching and learning, and appeared a lot of learning, not combined with intellectual unified education malpractice. Accordingly based on Confucius’ideas of "learning, combination and unification of" give priority to, choose high school mathematics classroom teaching of "learning, not combined with macmillan unity" of the case is put forward under the long-term perspective in teaching "learning combined with macmillan not unified" analysis of the disadvantages.Using literature analysis, case study and experience summary method, to Confucius’s "learning, combination and unification of" thought as the theoretical basis, a case analysis. And the phenomenon of education to make a thorough evaluation.Based on case analysis "learning combined with macmillan not unified" for the disadvantages of effective mathematics teaching:(1) the distortion of the students’ mathematical thinking;(2) understand the problem of maths teaching can not get full attention;(3) students are not good cognitive structure. Teachers "learning","" knowledge "and" line "organically to achieve effective teaching reflections made:(1) creating situation, cause thinking, import the subject;(2) multivariate conversion, interaction between teachers and students, learning thinking;(3) the unification, the lines, strengthen;(4) problem sets, LABS, long-term teaching.Suggestions and thinking:(1) the teacher sets up the concept of lifelong learning, consciously practice combination and unification of "learn";(2) to foster high-quality education faculty staff, achieve the goal of effective teaching;(3) but there are still some disadvantages of the existing education system, teachers should improve and avoid the disadvantages education in time.
