Boarding school education implemented by the state council and the CCP in the minority concentrated area is a people-based "popular project" in the new era, as well as an important measure of implementing the scientific concept of development and promoting economic and social development in the ethnic minority areas. Liangshan yi autonomous prefecture, is one of the country’s largest yi district, boarding schools is the main mode of running. Currently, the state is implementing new yi stockade village and build a new socialist countryside, to improve production and living conditions of the yi area at the same time, gradually raise the level of the yi people’s culture education., therefore, must be in yi areas to build a high level and high quality of boarding school teachers, in order to ensure the education career and health development in yi and yi stockade village and steadily push forward new rural construction. Is under the above background, this study from xichang, liangshan prefecture state boarding schools in rural teachers’ team construction in yi areas present situation investigation, and analysis of survey results, find out yi region boarding schools in rural teachers team construction present situation existence question:one is the number of boarding school teachers saturation, but uneven distribution;2it is weaker teachers’ overall quality, Three is the structural imbalance; Four is the lack of bilingual teachers, and the quality is low; Number five is a substitute teacher is more, quality is poorer; Six is the difference in teachers’ living conditions, potential instability. The main reason for these problems are:urban and rural dual economic structure of dual structure of urban and rural education problem; Boarding school teachers prepare the lack of scientific nature, rationality; Yi region condition is poor, bad living environment, lack of appeal; Yi people’s culture and lifestyle differences, the influence of the training mechanism is not sound; School management is imperfect, and so on. Finally, according to the above problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem:one is to increase education investment, to stabilize the boarding school teachers provide a strong guarantee;2it is to adjust, scientific and reasonable planning of teachers; Three is to develop a high quality and strong business "bilingual" teachers; Four is to properly solve the problem of good substitute teachers; the fifth, set up a teachers’ continuing education training mechanism to meet the needs of yi nationality areas; the sixth, break the one-way flow system of boarding school teachers, instead, establish a two-way flow mechanism of urban and rural teachers.
