In recent years, with the advancement of new curriculum reform and quality-oriented education, individual teaching has received unprecedented attention. It is difficult for large amount of classroom to take care of the all-round development of students, not concerned about the growth of each student, inability to adapt to and meet each student specific, differentiated development requirement. Therefore, action research of individual teaching which is under the background of large amount of class has a positive meaningThe article is divided into four parts:Part Ⅰ:On the basis of access to rich data, define the concept of the individual teaching, points out that the individual teaching is based on the concept of "group-oriented, taking into account of all the difference" individualized teaching organization form, teaching strategies and learning guidance for carriers, enable all students receive differentiated teaching and personality development.Part Ⅱ:Through the teaching questionnaire of large amount of class, classroom observation and interview, obtain the present situation and predicament of class individual teaching on this basis, specific arrangements and dynamic design.Part Ⅲ:Exploring the big amount of individual teaching of areas such as organization, teaching strategies and study guide, carried out the action research under the background of large amount and put forward the corresponding strategies.Part Ⅳ:Analyzing the results of the action research and insufficient analytical study and thus: how to normalize the individual guidance in large amount class, individualized instruction how to achieve students’mutual assistance, how to deal with the relationship between the large amount of collective teaching and individualized instruction. Individualized teaching issues such as how to develop the students’principal role was discussed.
