Mathematics is facing the severe problem as key discipline in courses of masses. On one hand there are more and more demands for mathematics of development in the society,students' mathematics behaves always not fully up to expectations on the other hand. Students' disparity is greater and greater,contrary to the requests of the times,the necessary reform already existing mathematics course offered for this reason, Come to guarantee that mathematics is educated and face the masses,accepted by all students. Through an analysis of above-mentioned problems,put forward and teach students in accordance with their aptitude the principle combined with masses'mathematics, And regard this as guide,under the prerequisite of grasping the feeling of studying all-sided!y,fu!ly consider that the factors,such as students' foundation,interest,ability,demand, etc. are not the same, Pay close attention to the thing,respect the individual of horizontals student of the different levels,ability "difference, Namely reform the ways,such as traditional preparing lesson,giving lessons,coaching,examination,homework,appraising,etc, Stress student's subject status,"originally regard growing as",let them go through (experience), Experience(realize), probe into the mathematics activity independently,emphasize teachers and students' bilateral activity, Have made the teaching concrete tactics of the level of dividing,implement the teaching with difference effectively, Learnt to grow tiredly after transforming ,has trained the aristogenesis of studying,has improved students' quality all-sidedly, Make each student able to get abundant development,the teaching practice has notable effect. Practice has proved,what masses' mathematics that teach students in accordance with their aptitude is taught must. Only by teaching students in accordance with their aptitude can it teach good masses' mathematics. If does not teach students in accordance with their aptitude ,then students' disparity will be bigger and bigger,can' t realize masses' mathematics either.
