Existing surveys have found that infantile children had already have the basicemotion ability, emotional development throughout childhood, and even old age, arein continuous development. The phase prior to the individual emotion managementability on children’s development is of far-reaching significance. However, what aboutthe emotional management ability status of preschool children at present, how will itbe, it is a still unsolved problem. This research has carried on the preliminarydiscussion for this:Basing on the comprehensive analysis of the related existing researches on all theemotional management results, author combined the current research situation of thepreschool children’s emotion management ability, clear the definition of diffidentscholars for children’s emotion management ability studies and the children’s emotionmanagement ability introversion dimension definition. Research tools of this study arethe structured questionnaire and semi-structured interview, on the basis of designedrule for measure. Author developed a forecast questionnaire on preschool childrenaged3to6groups for teachers with43items, which are aim at testing the ability ofchildren’s emotion management. According to the forecast questionnaire results, thequestionnaire standardization process has carried on, formed the formal preschoolchildren’s emotion management ability the teacher questionnaire, and used thequestionnaire survey for3-6years old children’s emotion management abilitycharacteristics, then discusses the3-6years old children’s emotion managementability and background variables and the relationship between the related factors. Theresults show as follow.1. The teacher’s questionnaire of children’s emotion management ability hasgood reliability and validity, accord with the requirement of surveying, it canbe used for the kindergarten teachers to test a preschool3-6years oldchildren’s emotion management ability of the measuring tool.2. Children’s emotion management ability can be divided into three dimensions: emotional perception ability, emotional control ability and the emotionalapplication ability. Subjects of3-6years old children each dimension scoreshow as: emotions perception ability> the emotional application ability>emotional control ability; Preschool children of seiner group, middle groupand younger group, test their emotion management ability, and peer group’stest results shows that their ability scores are good generally.3. Surveyed girls and boys do not have significant differences in emotionmanagement ability.4. Different grade variables show significant differences in emotionmanagement ability.5. Total emotional management test score is significantly positive correlatedwith children their own physical health; whom be judged as differentpersonality tendency of children has significant differences in emotionmanagement ability.Research finally study conclusion discussion, combined with the analysis ofthe preschool teachers interviews, according to the three dimensions factor analysisof emotion management ability: emotional perception, emotional control ability,and emotional skills, and put forward the advice and guidance about educators howto develop children’s emotion management ability.
