With the rapid development of society and economy, the modern society for talents have the new request, require schools to cultivate creative spirit, team consciousness and ability to solve practical problems of various types of talents. School sports education as the organic part of the, it not only with the other courses in many ways has the uniformity, its itself more has its unique characteristics. The current school sports, the most important task is to implement the "School sports must set up the guiding ideology of health first ", complete training for the new century with health, with modern requirements to adapt to hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and hundreds of millions of professionals. Middle and primary school sports teaching is the basis of students’ learning, is the cradle of future sports talent cultivation, therefore, the primary and secondary school physical education has a very important practical significance.Sichuan is located in the west of Sichuan province Ganzi autonomy, special geographic conditions cause traffic inconvenience, economic and cultural development is relatively slow. PE teachers’ team structure is not reasonable, the teaching condition shortage region, a new Physical Education and Health Course standard it is difficult to meet the national standards, the sports teaching by the great obstacles. Therefore, the primary and secondary school sports Ganzi autonomy education present situation and the existing problem of the relatively systematic and in-depth analysis, to obtain first-hand detailed information, research minority the rest of the primary and secondary schools of the problems existing in the sports education has a good reference and reference role. In this paper, t in Sichuan province KangDong, KangNan10counties (Kangding, Luding, Danba. Litang. Yajiang. Batang, Derong, Jinglong, Daocheng,Chengxiang) middle and primary school sports teaching present condition for research object, separately from each county extraction2--4schools, including2town elementary and middle schools,1township primary school, a total of30middle schools and primary schools were investigated. Again with the investigation of the school all sports teachers and the senior and junior students for the final survey for data collection, through the analysis of the data, and puts forward conclusion corresponding Suggestions. Conclusions and suggestion are as follows:Conclusion:(1) The influence of sports teacher is not stable many factors, including physical education teachers treatment, learning opportunities, and working conditions are three major problems.(2) Ganzi Tibetan primary and middle school sports lack of teachers.(3) General extracurricular sports activities has not been fully guarantee.(4) Sports funds shortage become limit the school sports development bottleneck.(5) The new curriculum not in accordance with the requirements, sports curriculum generally not according to the provisions of the state’s full open.Suggestion:(1) To strengthen the traditional education idea to change, to deepen the understanding of the sports function and role.(2) Suggest the region of middle school management departments to carry on the reasonable allocate P.E. teachers in primary and middle schools.(3) Strengthen ideological education, improve the professional quality, stable physical teachers.(4) Multi-channel financing, improve teaching conditions.(5) To strengthen the improvement of teaching content, promoting teachers to sports small course development and promotion.(6) With the national new round of courses to chance, do a good job in school-based curriculum development.
