The Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Educational Punishment In The Chinese Middle School In Kashgar

Punishment is of great significance for the school education,which as one of the education means born with the birth of the school.The education punishment is becoming the object of public criticism increasingly,under the impact of the modern education concept.But throughout the school education practice,education punishment exists for a long time,and school education will fold out problem whenever people weakening education punishment.The so-called education punishment is a kind of education method of making the educatees to change or correct the bad behavior by the school education workers,which happening under the conditions of guaranteeing the educates health both physically and mentally.It is different from social punishment,also differs from corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguised forms,punishment is reasonable treatment for educatees.In this case,the school practice level urgently need to make reasonable defense for education punishment.According to the investigation and interviews by two han Chinese junior high school teachers and students in kashi,found that the teachers and students all think education punishment is necessary.But there are does exist many outstanding issues in the specific school education practice,such as understanding corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguised forms unclearly,corporal punishment occurs frequently,exists many teacher’s subjective randomness punishment,the instrumental role of education punishment is obvious,lacking monitoring and feedback of a change to punish students,education punishment was expelled by popular education concept,etc.The main cause of these problems have the following several aspects,the usage from legislation to each link all have defects,concept of popular education impact on the formation education punishment,the effective implementation of the education punishment influenced by social public opinion,examination mechanism worked significantly for corporal punishment,the shortage of teachers’ education wisdom,etc.The school proposed six countermeasurs from two big dimensions on the basis of in-depth analysis of the above reasons.Firstly,perfecting specific provisions of the education laws and regulations to the problems of education punishment.Secondly,public media’s attitude towards education punishment should be rational.Thirdly,parents and schools should cooperate with each other.Fourthly,schools should make a proper education punishment management strategy.The fifth,restricting punishment power abuse with diversified teachers assessment standard.Lastly,exercising teacher punish art in order to obtain good effect.
