The purpose of research: The object of this research iswomen’s water polo team players of Sichuan province. This study could providereference for scientific training of women’s water polo though discussing thetraining characteristics of women’s water polo, investigating the state of bonemineral density of women’s water polo players and the relationship between theland training and all kinds of physical indicators.The research methods: we need to test and analyze the bone mineral densityand physical indicators of women’s water polo players on land before, duringand after training period, such as broadband ultrasound amplitudeattenuation(BUA),the value of T, the value of Z, serum alkalinephosphatase(ALP), blood calcium(Ca), blood p(P),blood testosterone(T),hemoglobin(HB),anaerobic power of upper limb.The results of the study:1. The base value of women’s water polo player aboutultrasonic bone mineral density is65.62dB/MHz. This value is in the normalrange of statistics, which is below the athletic department (68.17dB/MHz) andmedical (65.94dB/MHz)students. The base value of alkaline phosphatase ofserum is80.52IU/L, which is above athletic department (75.00IU/L) andmedicine (76.08IU/L) students;2. After training on land, the bone mineraldensity indicators (such as BUA、The value of T、The value of Z、Ca、P) andphysical fitness evaluation of women’s water polo athletes (such asT,H,anaerobic power of upper limb,muscle strength) is higher than the averagebasis, but ALP is on the decline. The data is significant in statistics, but theindividual difference is bigger.Conclusion:1. The ultrasonic bone mineral density value of women’s waterpolo players is lower than the same age and medical students. It has a negativeimpact on the high strength confrontational water polo;2. Bearing weight with variable speed running on the road and training on upper body strength haveobvious effects on bone mineral density state of water polo players. In addition,they have a positive impact on some physical indicators. From the perspectiveof the change of function index, we could find that sports players have strongload bearing capacity, and their sport ability in general can be improved. Westill need to explore the relationship between exercise load on land, strength andbone mineral density;3. When the water polo players are in the process oftraining on land, the weight of them bearing is6%. According to thecircumstances of the game, we divide it into four sections. Along with theincrease of the number of movement, energy material consumption is obvious,we suggest that we could change one to four movements to small, medium,medium and large amount of exercise.4. It has obvious individual difference between BUA, ALP and Ca and P. It ismore meaningful when we compared in longitudinal direction. In addition, weneed to make a comprehensive analysis between various indicators ofcomprehensive.
