Adult higher education is the part of in higher education system in our country, the implementation of the strategy’s developing in the country by relying on science and education. Develop the adult higher education must to realize the popularization of higher education, the diversification education to fulfil the people’s ever-increasing needs of important way, and constructing lifelong education system in our country, the urgent request of building a learning society. Therefore, we must emphasize with lifelong education to think, make a plan, and development of adult higher education. Adult higher education is the basic task in our country, at present the stage is to improve their qualities, for building a learning society. From this point of view, develop of adult higher education determined the success or failure of building a learning society in our country, and is the success or failure of our socialist modernization construction.In1995,"education law of the People’s Republic of China" regulation, the state should practice a system of adult education.But compared with other countries in the world, especially the western developed countries, for example USA, the adult education in our country is still in the low-level stage, how to make ours education not fall behind the other countries is still a problem in the near future. Whatever in education mode, or teaching target, or teaching process, or the certification system, or teaching evaluation, is still the adult higher education needs to break through the bottleneck.
