Since twenty-first Century, with China’s rapidly economic development, and the highdegree of integration with the international society, great changes have taken place in the livingenvironment and living conditions of people, but also some bad phenomenon, such as theso-called "moral decline"," honesty crisis" and so on. In fact, this is the result of moraleducation is not timely follow-up in people’s fast-paced life. Moral education and the concernof the college students is particularly important, caused great concern from scholars.This paper systematically explores the related theories of information at home and abroadof moral responsibility education, especially for college students, and has carried on the pointedanalysis research, seeks to moral responsibility education and ideological and moral cultivationof college students in the new period combined studies. This paper focuses on the cultivation ofCollege Students’ sense of moral responsibility, from the current situation, problems andCountermeasures of College Students’ sense of moral responsibility of aspects, analyzeproblems, puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems, in order to provide useful helpfor the all-round development of students and improve the moral education in Colleges anduniversities.The first part mainly introduces the related concepts of moral responsibility. From the partof the responsibility to the moral responsibility to the moral responsibility consciousness, layerby layer, the importance and characteristics of concept, which leads to the concept of moralresponsibility-conscious students,feature,training contents and the importance of culture.Especially the significance of the cultivation of College Students’ moral responsibilityconsciousness, this is one of the reasons for starting this research. Characteristics of collegestudents is a sense of moral responsibility for the pursuit of ideals, voluntarily andnon-utilitarian, training content includes moral responsibility for their own awareness,awareness of family responsibility, awareness of responsibility for others and for socialresponsibility awareness.The second part focuses on the sense of moral responsibility of college students’ presentsituation and the reason analysis. Students’ sense of moral responsibility for the overall situationis good, but there are some problems to be solved. This article from the students themselves and the existing training methods, the way to carry on the analysis to the present situation ofCollege Students’ sense of moral responsibility, the corresponding from the above two aspects,mainly analyzing school, family, society and the students themselves four aspects. Specificallyshows in school moral responsibility improper training content and methods, resulting in animbalance of family education making college students self-centered, community valuesdiversity transition shocks, students lack self-awareness, self-demanding lower.The third part puts forward the principles of cultivating College Students’ moralresponsibility consciousness, which is the basic requirement of guiding college students’ senseof moral responsibility education, mainly includes the student oriented principle, step by stepthe consistency principle, knowledge and practice principles and educational effect andcoherence principle.The fourth part mainly introduces concrete measures to cultivate students’ moralresponsibility consciousness. This is the fundamental purpose of this article, which are concreteand effective methods to adopt strategies to cultivate the students’ sense of moral responsibility.As universities play a role in the main front of the train, campus creating a good environmentfor college students,creating a network platform for self-education, create a role experience,updating training methods, improving the moral quality of university teachers; familyoptimize the home environment, parents take the initiative to educate their childrenresponsibility and the use of rich social resources. From these three aspects of in-depthdemonstration, build a school as the center "culture network three-in-one".
