Badminton is a sport of ball hitting against, with the development of badminton,slowly become one of the college students’ favorite sports items.But in practice thebadminton teaching often focused on the badminton technique many exercises, anddespise the Badminton Footwork techniques practice.College Badminton class provides a good learning environment for students andthe training of badminton. According to the characteristics of badminton and structure,in the teaching and practice, I mainly use fixed line training method to improve thestudents’ Badminton Footwork technical level, to improve the students’ all aspects ofphysical quality, special quality etc..Because the students improve the ability level atthe same time, the combination of different exercises, exercise time and interval time,objective practice is also different. So I through the Capital Institute of PhysicalEducation sports training minor Badminton Class of students as the research object,the experimental group was experimental group and control group, and the resultsverify the effectiveness and practicability of the practice method of fixed route.This article utilizes the literature material law, expert interviewmethod,experimental method, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logicanalysis,physiological, physical characteristics, male students of the minor BadmintonClass badminton technical level as well as all aspects of the development of sportsskills, combined with the characteristics of practice badminton teaching,established aneed for the development of this period the students practice methods. After8weeksof training of badminton teaching experiment, the results of the study show that thefollowing aspects:1. Fixed route exercises on students’ Badminton Footwork technical ability andbatting technique ability has the obvious effect, and can not only improve the variousaspects of physical fitness, but also significantly improve the effect of special qualityin badminton.2. Fixed line training method can improve students in the ball when the ball controlability and the ability of ball sense, relative to the practice of traditional teaching inthe past, fixed line training method can improve students’ interest in the BadmintonFootwork practice, but also by the badminton sport, enhance students’cardiopulmonary function, enhance their speed endurance level and tenacious strugglespirit.3. Fixed line training method can improve the students’ initiative in badminton class, cultivating students’ innovative. The student is the teacher teaching subject, teachingprocess is successful or not depends on the active participation of students, fixed routepractice method in badminton exercise,not only let the student body function simpleactivities, also let the student to participate in the activities of the brain.4. To expand students’ minds in the badminton badminton flexibility, not just byphysical and technology can win a net confrontational sports, it also needs a flexiblemind and clear thinking on the court. Through the fixed route practice social teachingmethod has a good effect on students’ ability to adapt, can not only cultivate studentsthe spirit of unity and cooperation, also can close relationships between students.
