| Objective: To study the stretching exercises and sports injury correlation to reduce theprobability of occurrence of sports injuries, provide reference for the prevention of sportsinjuries.Methods: The study subjects boxing team for the Beijing line15, for athletes Flexilitytested during stretching after a period of training, a second test.Athlete stretching muscles after training status were analyzed. Because musclecontraction time [Tc] is the main indicator of reactive muscle contraction, so this study onlythe [Tc] value processing and analysis.[Tc] After testing the sport of boxing in vulnerableparts of the upper limbs and trunk, so this experiment biceps selected for testing and erectorspinae muscles, muscle contraction time to do this with two TMG muscle in on the state testanalyzer times two muscles stretching exercises, and then taking the test.Comparative analysis of the study after boxing training blood lactate concentrationmeasured immediately after the end of the training quiet rest for ten minutes with bloodlactate concentration, stretching exercises for ten minutes blood lactate concentration values.Results:1.After a period of training stretching, flexibility, quality boxers body increasedsignificantly compared with the stretching exercises money showing a significant difference.2.After stretching exercise muscle contraction shorter time, reduce muscle tension,increase muscle flexibility.3.Blood lactate concentration after training the highest ten minutes quiet rest and afterboxing training stretching blood lactate concentration were lower after training for tenminutes, but after ten minutes stretching exercise blood lactate concentration decreased themost.Conclusions:Boxers sports injuries occur frequently, mostly skeletal muscle injury. By stretching afterexercise training can improve physical flexibility, accelerated skeletal muscle bloodcirculation, relieve muscle stiffness, increase muscle flexibility, accelerate the decompositionrate of blood lactate, help prevent sports injuries. |
