Young women’s boxing team training methods on the training techniques of the blood lactate value of up to12.82±2.04(mmol/1), closer to the simulated race conditions, lactic acid level of11.57±2.31(mmol/1); technical training on blood lactate compared to practice in the training session and three minutes immediately above simulation game, but the end of training heart rate is basically unchanged immediately after training three minutes against the heart rate is higher than analog game.3. Young female boxing blood lactate value is different from badminton, weightlifting, cycling, speed skating (500m), further illustrates the sport of boxing anaerobic metabolism-based characteristics of the project.Conclusion1.
