Teachers are the main body of education career, only teachers’ living conditions are guaranteed, education quality can be guaranteed and students can have a good learning environment. But in recent years, with the increase of teachers’ job pressure and life pressure, teachers’ living state present a relatively serious problem, which directly affect the quality of teaching and enthusiasm to work. Education is a social practical activity. Some scholars have pointed that if the quality of teachers is not improved, it is difficult to improve the quality of teaching. Teacher act as a fundamental role in teenagers growing process, they must comply with all the requirements which society requires; Teachers must have a broad knowledge, at the same time perfect personality is also needed. Teachers always face the contradiction of two aspects:first, conscientious teachers need to abide all the social norms and strictly execute; but from the teachers’point of way, teachers need to have a personal life to satisfy their needs. In this special time which the life quality of teachers is very important that school should give teachers not only fully respect, but also a relaxing space. Professional life is an important part of personal life, in a sense, which determines the quality of a person’s whole life. As a result, it is extremely important that school should give teachers’ sufficient living space. Researching on teachers’ living condition provides a platform to improve the quality of education and teacher themselves.For these reasons, this paper explain the current situation of high school teachers, the reason analysis of current situation of high school teachers and the countermeasures of current situation of high school teachers,taking Fushun City, Liaoning Province as an example. This paper meticulously researches high school teachers’ living state combined with the social roles, social status, social interaction, bureaucracy and other sociology terms, and then starting from the theory of role conflict. This paper tries to reflect the true quality of teachers’ professional life to call more attention to teachers in order to improve teachers’ quality of life as well as the quality of teaching. The questionnaire survey method and interview method are used in the research. The questionnaire survey takes teachers from No.12Middle School, No.2Middle School, No.1Middle School, No.6Middle School and Gebu Middle School as the research object in Fushun City of Liaoning Province as the research object. Follow the voluntary, objectivity, proportionality principle, do questionnaire surveys on teachers’disease, health, psychological health, which can provides data for the quantitative study and enhances the authenticity and reliability of the research; using interview survey method for teachers interpersonal relationship, such as the conflict between teachers and students. The access object selected students in senior one and senior two, young teacher just graduated, experienced teachers who are in charge of the class, middle level cadres. On the basis of the quantitative analysis of the joined more in-depth qualitative analysis.In the course of the investigation, the paper discusses high school teachers’ physical and mental health status, living condition and social interaction. Investigation on mental health status including the prevalence and health status, mental health and psychological problems including survey results; living state, respectively analyzed data from the nationwide and Fushun city; social interaction from the analysis of the interaction between teachers and students, teachers and parents.The study found that the cause of teachers’life distress can be summarized as three parts of the social factor, school factor and teacher factor. Social factor mainly embody the gradually raising social status and educational investments; school factor include role conflict between teachers and students, bureaucratic management system; teacher factor include special role embarrassment and large occupation pressure.In the contemporary education, in order to ensure the quality of teaching, teachers’ living conditions attract more and more attention. In order to improve the existing statement of life, teachers must focus on the change of social environment and school environment, but also need to study from the teachers themselves. Society should provide a good working environment for teachers, increase investment in education, at the same time stepping up efforts in supervising the education resources, and jointly create a harmonious education atmosphere; schools should reduce the burden of teachers role, providing fair management system and the platform to lighten the burden, offering more humanistic care; Teachers should change the existing state of life by themselves forming a positive work attitude improving service quality positioning themselves reasonable. Reasons for the formation of high school teachers’ living state is very complex which can not be changed by one day, all the people from society, schools and teachers themselves should work together to change the current situation and make a better future.
