With the new population fertility policy carrying out,modern female face more pressure and challenge.As is known to us,female teachers in high school play a vital part in the education.When they are married and have their children,it is unavoidable for them to have trouble in their professional development because of role conflict.So,it is necessary to find out solutions.In the view of social gender,this study choose all three high schools in the south area in the Guigang City to do some research by using questionnaire,face-to-face interview and so on.Through the research of female teachers' willing of giving birth to the second child after the new population fertility policy was put into effort,the improvement of teachers' professional development and the trouble they have met after having the second child,learn about the difficulties in reality and find methods to solve them in order to let the female high school teachers promote themselves in professional development and realize their value.The study consists of four parts,of which basic content are as follows.The first part is introduction,research origin,research purpose and significance,containing literature review,the definition of core concept,research ways and the theoretical foundation.The second part shows that according to the survey,female teachers' willing of having the second child and theimprovement of their profession are very strong.The third part introduces the reasons and performance of female high school teachers' role conflict in the professional development under the background of the new population fertility policy due to female high school teachers' less energy and time and the strict demand of society and schools.Therefore,it leads to sharp role conflicts for female high school teachers.The fourth part puts forward some suggestions.While the female high school teachers change their attitude and roles to release the conflicts to some extent,the government should protect female teachers' legal rights in law while creating harmonious atmosphere in order to show respect to the teachers.Setting up more organizations to educate the children and building up a harmonious family are also good choice.Last but not least,female high school teachers can improve their professional development on the Internet,which is available at any time.Based on the study,it comes to the conclusion that the female high school teachers have a strong desire to improve their professional development while responding to the call of giving birth to the second child,which adds more burden to their families and cut down the energy and time at work.What's worse,it results in the fierce role conflict and limits the development of female teachers' career.All in all,in order to promote their professional development,female high school teacher should change their concepts and release their role conflicts,trying more methods.
