Research On The Models Of Cooperation With The College

Research is a kind of make full use of the school, enterprises and scientific research units in different teaching environment and teaching resources, and their respective advantages in personnel training and cooperative mode of education, the school education in the classroom teaching knowledge and direct access to practical experience, practical ability based production, scientific research and practice of the organic combination of education form. It overcome the gap between school education and social demand problem fundamentally, narrowing between the school and the society for talents and demand gap, strengthen students’ social competence.Research on the basic theory of this paper from the cooperation of IUR cooperation mode, discusses the classification and basic characteristics in the college as the main body, and the mode of SWOT analysis, advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the model, taking Hunan Agricultural University as an example of empirical analysis, to verify to the College as the main body mode of the cooperative advantages and disadvantages, and problems. Combined with the advanced experience of the cooperation mode of developed countries such as the United States and Japan and the revelation to us, from4aspects to optimize development environment, strengthen the momentum of development, improve the operating mechanism and improve the operating performance, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures to promote college as the main mode of the cooperative development.Through the research on the cooperative mode of the college as the main body, in order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of this model, some specific problems and the present stage, puts forward some countermeasures in the study, I hope to provide help to the further development of cooperation.
