"Music is higher than all wisdom, all the philosophy of theenlightenment","if I didn’t accept the music education in the early years,then, in what the career I will be without a single success".With the rapiddevelopment of various social undertakings, the music express emotion ofpeople, also gradually from personal interest in talent showing itself.More and more people found infinite good music to people from thepractice, the academic research that has aroused wide attention anddiscussion at home and abroad. And based on these academic experience,we can easily find a music specific rules: the music to the positive role ofgreat for shaping children’s outlook on life, values, character, and the bestgold stage human accept music education is reflected in the stage ofprimary school children. Students at this stage for music uptake abilityand enthusiasm for learning the most exuberant, if the music education ofprimary school children in science, will make the training efficiencymultiplier children.However, in the Inner Mongolia area, the development of thisconcept is in the preliminary stage of development, only a minority ofparents, students pay attention to music for the deep significance of pupils.The author based on practical work reasons, chose Inner Mongolia Wuhaicity as research, and after careful investigation, comparison, select arepresentative for the case study of primary school--Wuhai cityHaibowan District fourth primary school. Hope that through the casestudies, to the understanding of the elementary school music educationideological trend, problem and establish the most practical anatomy, theobjective base of theory and practice. Through the research of nearlythree months of investigation, found that there are many problems in the process of primary school music education, such as: primary UniversalMusic Foundation is weak, the knowledge of music, music basicknowledge too shallow; the minority areas for music understandingdegree is very small; not high for music lessons to learn; the songknowledge is narrow, there is no a clear concept of music learning;familiar songs is not much, can know the instrument rarely etc.. Theseproblems have a direct impact on the sustainable development of primaryschool music education, the analysis and summary of such problems isimminent.The focus of analysis is difficult in the analysis and the full range ofthe causes of the problem, not only to be balanced, it should effectivelycombining local geographical features. Through the full research in recentmonths and mentor, music teaching and research staff and other musicteachers a profound discussion. The causes for the primary school musiceducation problem is analyzed in detail, more objective. Includes fouraspects: personal factors; school factors; social factors; the InnerMongolia Autonomous Region region. In every aspect, the author hascarried on the detailed analysis: personal factors reflected in familysubjective reasons, students’ music foundation is weak, three points;school factors reflected in the teaching equipment, funding is needed toimprove the three points; social factors is reflected in the study of musicand social atmosphere is not strong and so on the Inner MongoliaAutonomous Region regional factors; the study also highlights the salientpoints, reflected in the ethnic music teaching weak aspects. Throughdetailed analysis of the causes, hope for the feasible measures of problemsolving, laying a good solid theoretical foundation.Education is crucial. Forward power and faster development ofeducation in the process of the problem objectively and education, andthe solution to these problems is not a short duration of time things, neededucation work, persevere, to discover, to find, and for the cause ofeducation better, faster development of ourselves. In this study, priority among priorities is the feasible measures to solve the problem, the authorbases on reality, efforts to achieve the overall consideration,comprehensively improve the primary school music learning status; inprimary school as the base point, to create favorable conditions forstudents’ music learning; to society as the basis, perfect music learningatmosphere in three parts. Among them, from the overall highlightpositive meaning of learning music; a detailed analysis of seven researchangles highlight the national music teaching of.As an ordinary primary school music teacher, I feel a heavyresponsibility and infinite mission, through daily work, learningexperience, through the unremittingly research, hoping to "primary schoolmusic education" a deeper understanding and mastery, better able to find,summarize the feasible measures and these measures for practice, alsohope that this study can become "primary school music education" theory,practice, the theoretical basis of objective, comprehensive to improve thepupils’ music learning and overall development.
