Research On Internal Teaching Resources Sharing Countermeasures Of Colleges

Resource issue is one of the major problems for humen society to face today. All activities of human society are inseparable with resource. Early human society is only dependence on natural resources, with the advancement of human civilization and the variety of labor products, human resource needs not only be reflected in the demand for physical, technology continues to develop, for mankind to create a more useful resources, including tangible products and intangible services. But humans create and use resources in the process, constantly tap and the same kind of resource and development of similar duplication of resources,that is, on the one hand, the desire from human is strong, it also embodies the human can not make full use of resources sharing. In this context, how tangible and intangible resources to improve efficiency of the use of limited resources to create more value, that we should be concerned about important issues.Based on the background of teaching resources in the present stage,propose the research questions and as well as purpose and meaning of this study, with a focus on collating and summarizing the domestic and international literature research, then describe the internal resource sharing with universities relevant theoretical. These theories include:the theory of educational resources, educational resource dependence theory and system optimization theory and based on the stage of China’s colleges and universities within the process of teaching resource sharing, and analyze the problems and causes,and mainly based on DEA method,with the combination of DEA theoretical knowledge to build WHUT internal teaching resource sharing level evaluation system, combine with the seven universities in Wuhan City and the level of sharing of internal teaching resources for evaluation and analysis, lastly,we will gives practical policy recommendations.In this paper, on the basis of relevant theoretical literature research at home and abroad about teaching resource sharing and universities internal teaching resources, summarizes the main directions of research scholars as well as the lack of research at this stage.And with WHUT(wuhan university of technology)as a sample, through comparison to other six university with DEA analysis, analysize the innternal teaching resource sharing situation, find out the cause of the problem and make recommendations countermeasures.
