On Countermeasures Of Predicament In Running Local Higher Vocational Colleges

The higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,"the development of higher vocational education is not only the need of economic and social development, the need of diversification of educational structure, but also the need to improve vocational education system." As the fast development of the popularization of Higher Education in Hunan, Hunan higher vocational education obtained the rapid development, there are68higher vocational colleges of independently set up, but that is somewhat in the trouble in the process of running. Local higher vocational colleges are at a disadvantage in geographical location, which has more problems encountered in the process of the running. Local higher occupation school is based on the development of the local economy to provide a large number of practical talents for local development. Its development is the key to the success of service function of vocational education do work. In view of this, it is necessary to analyze the aspects of theory and practice of it, in-depth exploration and analysis of the relevant factors that influence the Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province in the dilemma, to find the solution to solve the problems.This paper attempts to find out the main problems of local colleges at present based on the field investigation in some the local colleges of Hunan Province. Then By attributable analyzing the above problems from two aspects of internal and external causes. Based on the above analysis, the author believes that, in order to help local vocational colleges out of the running difficulties at an early date and get good development, we think the local vocational colleges should renew the idea of running schools, clear orientation; to deepen curriculum reform, build professional characteristics; to rely on local industry, to carry out school enterprise cooperation; to strengthen the effective management, improve its connotation. Through the above method, we can help the local vocational colleges out of trouble and build his features in the practice of school running.
