After the new curriculum reform, the status of chemistry experiment in the teaching of chemistry has become more important. In order to improve the observability and operability of the stipulated demonstration experiment, student experiment, small family experiment and practice of experiments in the teaching materials.94experiments in the high school textbook chemistry1, chemistry2, and elective course4,5according to our teaching experience for ten years, a careful reading of teaching books, some valuable ideas of predecessors and improvement of learning had been studied.12experiments be improved in different ways and11experiments be added, aiming at making the chemical experiments able to play the function of education and teaching, and improving the efficiency and quality of education and teaching.This paper is divided into five parts, the structure is as follows:Chapter one:The trends and significance of the research,the status of chemical experiment in chemistry teaching and education teaching function and the analysis on high school chemistry experiments have been researched. Experiment of high school chemistry new curriculum content developed towards to modernization and greening, hunan nature life and exploratory. The existing problems are also discussed.Chapter2:basic elements of high school chemistry including experiments, experimenter, experimental subjects and method; The main types of high school chemistry experiments can be classified from the experiment content, form and effect in the process of experiment teaching; And the high school chemistry experiment were studied from the "four basic", i.e., basic principles, basic content, basic thought and basic steps. Chapter three:The94the experiments in the current high school chemistry teaching material chemistry1,2, and elective course4,5were analyzed, and the probe on how to improve the methods of the high school chemistry experiment from chemical reagents, lab instrument and apparatus, experimental means, teaching methods, adding important basic theory of the experiment and puts forward own ideas and opinions.Chapter four:The combination of the improved results with teaching practice. Combining with teaching practice to the three teaching examples:"An important compounds of sodium","Ammonia, nitric acid and sulfuric acid", An experiment exploration activities caused by students’ inquiry; the questionnaire survey which reflects the present status of high school chemistry experiment teaching are analyzed; The comparison between the effect before and after the experiments.Chapter five:conclusion of the research and further developement of chemical experiment.
