| Kindergarten based teaching research is the teacher’s professional development platform, is the intermediary transformation which transform theory to educational practice of preschool teachers education, is an important way to promote the teacher’s professional development. Study on kindergarten based teaching research operation mechanism has begun to attract the attention of preschool education workers, researchers are trying to explore kindergarten based teaching research mechanism,which is suitable for the domestic kindergarten or universal kindergarten.This paper adopts the action research method, interviews and other methods, and subject of research focuses on the kindergarten A in Changsha based research operation mechanism. Summarizing from the related researches, and research elements on the kindergarten based teaching research operation mechanism, analyzing the current status of kindergarten A in Changsha based teaching research mechanism, this paper interprets the optimization of Changsha A kindergarten based teaching research operation mechanism and kindergarten A in Changsha based teaching research operation mechanism problems and reasons, countermeasures and so on, which studied systematically, combining theory with practice.This paper is divided into four parts as following:The first part is the introduction. This part consists of the question, the basic situation of the definition of related concepts, research significance, research review, research programs and research object. Based on the collation and analysis of current materials, it aims to find defects within academic field on the kindergarten based teaching research mechanism of operation.The second part begins from the factors of kindergarten based teaching research operation mechanism, to expound the background of kindergarten A in Changsha, finally comes to their operation through the four aspects of input factors, operational factors, output elements and feedback elements which introduces kindergarten A in Changsha based teaching research.The third part takes the view of practice as an entry point, mainly through interviews, reveals the present problems of Changsha kindergarten A teaching research in the operation mechanism following:kindergarten based teaching research management institutions are not wholesome, kindergarten based teaching research system is not standardized, teaching content for kindergarten based teaching research is not rich, research forms of kindergarten based teaching research is lack of diversity, kindergarten based teaching research achievements have not been applied effectively, kindergarten based teaching research feedback is unidirectional, and it is difficult to promote kindergarten based teaching research reform.The fourth part takes the angle of combining theory with practice, proposes the standard sound management mechanism, guarantees mechanism, establishes multi-level teaching operation mechanism, forms effective kindergarten based teaching research results using mechanism, creates a relaxed atmosphere for teaching and research, constructs the multi-level feedback channels and other aspects of the countermeasures. |
