Along with the change of development scale and trend of community construction in China, the community management has become increasingly important. Since the Ministry of civil affairs proposed the community construction’s idea and activities, our country has been constantly exploring the new method and the new ways of community management. Especially with the rapid development of city social, how to strengthen the community autonomy management mechanism, maintaining the community’s harmony and stability, most of all, how to play the role of the community to strengthen the care and education for vulnerable groups in community, has become a common problem in our country’city community. Community adolescent have the features such as complex structure, activities together and marginalized. The scientific and effective education management for community adolescent concerns the social stability and harmonious development, and it also concerns the healthy growth of the community adolescent.This article adopts comprehensive comparative study and case analysis as research methodologies, through the analysis of the influence on adolescent healthy personality education by family, school, community and other factors, and referring to the domestic and foreign related personality cultivation theory, then put forward to establish the model which combined family, school and community education, and combines the reality of our country, put forward the countermeasures of improving the adolescent healthy personality cultivation in our community management.At first, this paper analyzes the current status of community adolescent healthy personality research, and proposes the significance of this research. Second, explores the reason of adolescent healthy personality education in community management, then describes the status of adolescent healthy personality education and existing problems, and analyzes the reasons of the existing problems in community adolescent healthy personality education. Finally, introduces the specific countermeasures to strengthen the healthy personality cultivation of adolescent in community management, that is, to establish the modern education theory, to build a qualified education team, to create abundant educational carrier, to build a good educational mechanism and form a harmonious education environment.
