Economic globalization has brought enormous opportunities for countries to develop talent to become a powerful driving force for economic development. Personnel training to become an important task of the country. To accomplish this task, particularly for senior students develop a sound personality, is very important. Senior high school students in active thinking, thinking, but easy sweeping; the further development of self-awareness, ask others to knowledge, understanding and respect for themselves, but too strong self-esteem, self-esteem easily frustrated; the will to exercise self-control enhancement; of social increased level of interest in all aspects, with a clear value orientation, but the right to require significantly more than their own obligations, responsibilities requirements.The purpose of this research was to explore the personality of high school students a sound training principles and strategies to guide the education and teaching practice. In this paper, applied the Act to read literature and investigation questionnaire. With personality, a sound personality and characteristics of research value, research principles and strategies of the main line of all-round thinking. Healthy personality is the individual student high school in this particular role in society as shown by psychological and behavioral characteristics of students receiving the educational process consciously choose their own paradigm of a man to cultivate moral character, perfect inner world of the process, students inner psychological qualities and external acts of unity. Sound study of personality is conducive to promoting the development of individual life, help to optimize the school moral education work, conducive to social progress and development. Healthy personality development of people-oriented principle should be based on the principle foundation for the lifelong development of students; training strategy should be the reality of education and teaching, and there are plans to find the best opportunity for the launching of thematic activities. In short, personality education should permeate all aspects of language teaching.
