Research On Intership Management Pattern Of Higher Vocational Institutions

Vocational colleges regard training highly qualified and skilled personnel as a fundamental task and internship serves as a significant way to develop students’ability of practice in the practical teaching. Thus the purpose is, through the direct contact between colleges and society, to make up for the shortcoming of students’ weak practical ability. However, there is a major problem from the point of management that the majority of vocational colleges are all lack of standardized and scientific monitoring system, which greatly reduces the effects of internship. Fortunately, if colleges could manage empirical researches which are based on practical survey and apply these achievements into use, these research results will help build a whole monitoring and management mechanism. With that mechanism, students’self-management consciousness will be greatly stimulated and the cooperation between colleges and enterprises will be strengthened, too.This thesis analyses the current situation of the internship from the perspective of vocational colleges’talents training goal and through the focused research of problems which are frequently encountered in internship, it is aimed at put forward some measures to improve the internship in vocational colleges and try to construct a feasible quality monitoring platform.This thesis first introduces the meaning and purpose of internship in vocational colleges, analyses the problems of internship under the current management system and give various solutions and methods to solve these problem which are classified. Then this thesis raises the assumption of internship quality monitoring platform and makes a contrastive analysis between the platform and the current situation. Based on the above analysis, this paper carries on some exploration and argument about the cooperation and coordination between colleges and enterprises in the process of internship, constructing a internship management system which can hold the function of colleges and businesses together and better sever the students in their specific way. This internship quality monitoring platform consists of many processes involving organizational construction, ruling-making, process monitoring and quality assessment and all these are based on questionnaire and data survey. It can not only contribute to the healthy development of vocational college internship and improve students’competitiveness in employment but also serves a reference for other departments.
