| The campaign of the writing across the curriculum rose in the1960’s, in whichinvestigators,teachers and students have been experiencing the development of theability to write compositions and the maturation of the thought in writing. At thesame time, the teaching theories have been enriched and developed continuously.Based on the mathematical subject, the composition teaching of mathematics andin the succession of and respect for the basic research on the existing writing teaching.Reflective teaching of mathematics is making the theoretical construction andpracticing the exploration through the activities during the mathematics lessons andhas formed characteristics of writing and teaching patterns and enriched theconcerned theory.Recently investigators and teachers have been paying attention to themathematics composition. They have published lots of essays. Especially the researchof material selection and implementation of the mathematics composition hasbecome a hotspot. Some investigators began to explore the goal of methods andprinciples of mathematics compositions. Investigators have been devoted to exploringthe evaluation and the value of the mathematics composition etc. All of them are thepremises and bases of this study.We make a systematic study of teaching by way of cases anatomy and theoryconstruction. The total train of thought is to conform the achievements in thescientific research of philosophy, pedagogy and psychology. With the frame of thereference of it, we probe into some basic theoretic problems such as a new model of teaching with the teaching objectives, implementation procedures, conditions, theteaching evaluation and connotation and profound significance etc.The paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, includingthe main research on the background, specific issues, as well as the research of thisthesis and the basic assumptions.The second part is a review of the literature on this study. It mainly aims at someof mathematics diaries, the mathematic thesis, the mathematical writing, and themathematics composition connotation research. Its purpose is to summarize theconnotations of the mathematics composition through the literature analysis. Thereare two connotations. First of all, it lays the foundation for our understanding of themathematics composition content in theory. What’s more, it provides a theoreticalsupport for the specific content of our understanding of the mathematics compositionfrom the mathematics classroom level, specific practice. In a word, the literaturereview is the foundation of the following chapters’ studies.The third part is a brief description of related concepts. First of all, the model, theteaching model, the teaching model of mathematics are distinguished, then theconcept of mathematical diaries, the mathematics writing, the mathematics thesis, themathematics composition for more comprehensive understandings and summaries.The fourth part is the construction of the mathematics composition teachingmodel, which is one of the cores. Five aspects have from the general modelof statements, such as the theoretical basis, the teaching goal, the implementation process, the conditions for the implementation and the evaluation.The fifth part is the connotation of discussion with the mathematicscomposition teaching model. Mainly based on the second part of the literaturereview, this part analyses the connotation of the mathematics composition formore comprehension.The sixth part is on the particular significance “new†with the mathematicscomposition teaching model. There are four aspects. They are the new understandings, the new ways to recognize oneself, the new platform for the mathematic teaching, and the new relationship between the teachers and the students.The seventh part is the summary of the findings, reflections and the ideas of thefurther study. The part mainly summarizes the research conclusions obtained after theresearch. Meanwhile, it reflects the shortcomings of this study, and puts forward some suggestions for the problems of the further study. |
