With a new round of the curriculum reform, the teachers’ quality directly affects the teaching quality improvement, and school-based teaching and research has become the promotion of teachers’ teaching level is one of the important means, so how to optimize the school-based research became the hot topic. However, with the passage of time, school-based teaching there are many problems, for example:mode of immobilization, walk formalism and so on, how to reform the school-based teaching and research, efficient use of school-based teaching and research to improve the professional quality of teachers has become an imminent problem to be solved. Practice has proved that the use of modern information network to reform the school-based teaching research is helpful for teachers to improve teaching level, accelerate the professional development of teachers. This paper will be in accordance with the " question--Analysis of problems--to solve the problem of" train of thought, the existing school-based teaching mode in teachers to carry on the questionnaire survey, the application of modern information technology and information network have a definite object in view of school-based teaching and research, explore three new school-based teaching mode:" normal teaching resource sharing","remote teaching resource sharing","salon style teaching research",aims to:the use of modern information network to build our school-based teaching and research of the new model, effectively promote the school-based research innovation, accelerate teachers’ professional growth.
