Along with the new curriculum reform, the western region in2010comprehensive implementation of the new curriculum reform. Information technology, the new curriculum reform put forward goal, which was to ascend high school students information literacy. In this study the "information literacy" mainly consists of information consciousness, information knowledge, information ability and information moral four components. Through to the western medium city city high school students questionnaire survey found that high school students information literacy in reality there are some problems. Also shows that at present the western medium city high school information technology education also exists some problems. In western medium city city high school students information literacy has certain the cause of the problem is what, is this research mainly solve the problem.This research in the study mainly USES the method of literature, survey method, data analysis. Through the analysis, this study suggests that, high school students information literacy the reason of present problem are:high school information technology new teaching material to the student overstretch; Takes an exam the thinking leads to the school education despise high school students information literacy training; Teachers’ lack of enthusiasm, the teacher teaching way a single, teachers’ professional skills are generally not high. In addition, the high school information technology education evaluation mechanism is not perfect, lead to lack of high school students information literacy to conduct a comprehensive inspection.In order to solve these problems, this study suggests that to rational utilization of information technology new teaching material; Enhance high school information technology teacher’s professional consciousness, improve the information technology teachers’ teaching ability, improve the information technology teachers’ information literacy; To establish an effective student information literacy evaluation method.
