| Life needs evaluation. Everyone wants to be evaluated by others in their heart, but often they don’t want to touch it again. However, as a social person, we must face up to it, because we need it for our growth and development. Especially in school as a social organization which we first contact, evaluation has a profound influence on the formation and development of all aspects of our literacy.Evaluation is an important teaching link indispensably, and it has a influence and constraint on other links for running effectively. In our country, marked by the imperial examination system, evaluation has developed for thousands of years in history. During this period, under the impetus of the reforms of educational system, evaluation mechanism has experienced arduous research and inquiry, which has acquired many outstanding achievements but having many disadvantages. For example, evaluation standard rigid, evaluation function biased, evaluation subject limited, evaluation content one-sided and evaluation tool single. In the new round of the curriculum reform, although these problems have improved to a certain extent, they are still not completely comprehensive, which is still the bottleneck of the new curriculum reform for developing deeply. Thus, evaluating students effectively is the necessary condition to realize the new curriculum reform, and setting up the new corresponding evaluation system and practice mechanism is the important premise to realize the new curriculum reform. Under this background, based on the uniqueness of Chinese learning evaluation and combined with the attribute of Chinese, this paper divided into four chapters elaborates systematically on related problems of practicing the idea of the new curriculum, reviewing the problem of Chinese learning evaluation, and putting forward the point of strategy for constructing a new Chinese learning evaluation system.Chapter1:This chapter mainly expounds fundamental concept on new curriculum Chinese learning evaluation, respectively expounding from its definition, aim, principle, function and so on. These problems are the premise of macroscopically grasping the Chinese learning evaluation.Chapter2:Analyzing respectively Chinese learning evaluation content is how to embody in the three main types of evaluation (three major types of evaluation referring to the formative evaluation, diagnostic evaluation and summative evaluation), whose content mainly includes "three dimensional"(Knowledge and Skill, Procedure and Method, Concept of value on emotional attitude) and the "five domains"(Write, Reading, Writing, Oral Communication and Comprehensive Study). This chapter mainly stresses the integrity and comprehensiveness of the evaluation content, in order to realize the ultimate purpose of the new curriculum to promote the comprehensive development of students’Chinese literacy. While it also expounds the concept, function, importance and the diflference of this three main evaluation, to correctly understand the three types of evaluation, and to realize the importance of the integrated use of the three types of evaluation.Chapter3:The successful implementation of the mechanism of new curriculum Chinese learning evaluation needs the guidance of the scientific idea and more needs the correction of the scientific practice. Therefore, this chapter focuses on the analysis of two typical qualitative evaluation method the new curriculum advocates——portfolio evaluation and situational evaluation, and two frequently-used evaluation method——homework evaluation and test evaluation. They matched each other. Portfolio evaluation and situational evaluation have significant advantages in the development of the developmental and incentive function of evaluation; Homework evaluation as a daily feedback method is worthy of reflection, and the irreplaceable social function of the test evaluation makes us carry on the all-round thinking and improving. In a word, the effective implementation of the new curriculum Chinese learning evaluation requires us to re-examine these kinds of evaluation method.Chapter4:On the basis of reviewing the development of Chinese learning evaluation, this chapter reflects on the problems of the practice process of Chinese learning evaluation and thinks about how to build a new Chinese learning evaluation system. This chapter highlights the attention to the psychology of students’evaluated and this can not only improve the effectiveness of the Chinese learning evaluation but also is the implementation of the concept of new curriculum evaluation which is "people-oriented, students’developing-oriented". |
