This paper based on how to realize the regional postgraduate education resource sharing, promoting further development area of graduate student education. Area for the34provincial administrative region in China, the cultural background, habits and customs are more close, and a reasonable range. With Zhejiang province as an example, the resources of postgraduate education in Zhejiang province are rich, but the utilization rate of that is low. Serious duplicate construction phenomenon, lack of effective sharing of the resources, and no overall advantage, objectively restrict the integral development of postgraduate education in Zhejiang province. In recent years, the course setting of postgraduate education is obviously unreasonable. As a result, the postgraduate’s comprehensive ability increasingly is unable to meet the need of Zhejiang’s economic and social development, which becomes one of the problems that Zhejiang Provincial Government must pay attention to and solve on the development of higher education. As the economic globalization drives the globalization of education, the boundaries between colleges and disciplines is broken. Diversity training of high-level postgraduate arouses people’s much more interest. Along with our country university autonomy expanding, the universities’ subject consciousness has become increasingly clearer. Strengthening the communication and cooperation between universities and promoting the sharing of educational resources is a new way to update ideas, keep pace with the times and achieve break-through. At present, some cities in China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing have launched the beneficial project-inter-collegiate course taking and credit certification, and already made good achievements. Then, on the existing resources of postgraduate education in Zhejiang province, this article will analyze whether inter-collegiate course taking could be and should be implemented. What’s more, it explains which measures should be taken, and which plans should be developed to solve the problem on the process. These are significant questions that this study will answer. First of all, based on the feasible theory, combining with the empirical examples, this article analyses the necessity and feasibility of inter-collegiate course taking in Zhejiang Province. Besides, through the comparative study, this article explores the problems occur in the implementation of undergraduate inter-collegiate course taking. Based on the study, it puts forward measures and implementation plans for postgraduate inter-collegiate course taking in Zhejiang Province.
