Research On The Inter-school Sharing Of Sports Resources In Xiqing University Town

In the era of sharing big data,the idea of sharing is not only the reform of privateenterprises to the development of resources,but also the idea of reasonable development of future resources put forward by all social strata,especially as universities.As the representative of the university agglomeration in Tianjin,the reasonable utilization of resources in Xiqing University town reposes the hope of the reform and development of Education for Tianjin teachers and students.In this paper,the research object is the inter-school sharing of sports resources in Tianjin Xiqing University town,through the methods of questionnaire survey,expert interview,Literature Review,data collation,etc.,taking the inter-school sharing of sports resources in Tianjin Xiqing University town as the research premise,a survey was conducted among 500 students and 50 physical education teachers from five universities in Tianjin,including Tianjin University of Technology,Tianjin Polytechnic University,Tianjin Normal University and Tianjin Urban Construction Institute,Tianjin Agricultural College(West campus),through the research on the present situation and the influencing factors of the sports resources inter-school sharing in Xiqing University city,including the following aspects:(1)analyze the feasibility and inevitability of the sports resources inter-school sharing in Xiqing University City;(2)to investigate the area of the sports ground per capita,the allocation of sports resources and the willingness of teachers and students to share among colleges and universities in Xiqing University City;(3)to investigate the current situation of sports resources sharing and its influencing factors in Xiqing University city.Through the analysis of the above-mentioned investigation and research contents,the following research countermeasures are obtained: 1.The Tianjin municipal government should change the traditional concept and set up a College Station Sports Resources Coordination Group in Xiqing to establish a sound and planned platform for sharing.The Joint Coordination Group of sports resources in Xiqing University town has been established to make unified planning,integration and Utilization of sports resources in Xiqing University town,and to make full use of the phenomenon of the allocation of sports resources in colleges and universities to formulate reasonable sharing methods.2.In order to realize the strategy of inter-school sharing of sports resources,Xiqing University should actively organize relevant departments to cooperate with the government through the following aspects:(1)change the management mode of sports talents;(3)the realization of mutual recognition of credit among universities.To implement the inter-school sharing policy of sports resources,benefiting every teacher and student in College Station.3.Teachers and students in Xiqing University should actively participate in inter-school sharing of sports resources,through the following ways:(1)teachers and students can make use of the fast self-media to propagandize related sports expertise,and increase the publicity of inter-school sharing of sports resources;(2)teachers can set up special sports courses to attract more students to join in the sharing;(3)student groups can set up related interest clubs in College Station to speed up the popularization of sports resources sharing.
