Tibet Autonomous Region to strengthen basic education teachers ranks as thebasis of universal nine-year compulsory education, but also the revitalization of theChinese nation, to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation’s strongbacking of the national reserve personnel for transport has far-reaching significance.However, the treatment of the Tibetan teachers worrying, how to motivate theirenthusiasm and creativity of the work presented a huge challenge. Therefore, in theTibet Autonomous Region, the school management should strengthen basic educationteachers team building through different ways to motivate, inspire and createconditions for teachers, let more and better participation in teaching practice, tocomplete the task of teaching, improve teaching standards, and achieve schooldevelopment, the unity of their own development, to achieve the purpose ofimproving the quality of school education. What are the basic education teachers inTibet treatment exists, identify the causes of the problem, which made suggestions tosolve the problem, in order to facilitate the development of basic education in Tibet.Therefore, this paper two-factor theory of incentives under treatment in Tibet for thestudy of basic education, combined treatment of Tibet basic education teachers,teachers’ pay and incentive analysis, thus make appropriate treatment of teachers inbasic education development in Tibet incentive policy recommendations. To furtherimprove the training of teachers, construction, structural adjustment; improved sense of honor and responsibility, as well as to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers,improve teaching quality, has a very important practical significance. On the onehand, under the promotion of "double base" of good opportunities and challenges ofeducation, teachers in basic education, work, suffering, inadequate. On the one hand,you can recognize the material and spiritual needs of teachers in their work and togive satisfaction to the maximum extent, thus prompting teachers happy, easy to workand reduce teacher burnout, stable team of teachers, which will help reveal the basiceducation related problems, and help to promote the development of basic educationin Tibet. This paper uses two-factor analysis with literature data collection, surveys,comparative studies and other methods to analyze basic education for the TibetAutonomous Region.
