In recent years, the mental health situation of adolescents is not optimistic. Deviantbehaviors because of psychological problems are more and more serious. It not onlyaffects the development of their own health, but also becomes the big obstruction ofeducation activities in schools. As the position of the mental health education ofadolescents, schools shoulder increasingly heavy responsibility and increasing pressure. Inthe long-term teaching activities, we find that as the channel of the students ‘My Hand MyHeart’, the teaching of writing in primary contains the opportunity of permeating mentalhealth education apparently. I try to seize the teaching of writing to find an effective wayof permeating mental health education. It not only lets the students grasp the writing skillsgradually in writing practice, but also guides the students to be happy to communicate withpeople, adjust self-psychology and establish the correct values. Finally it can achieve thegoal of common development of the "Word" and "heart".After anglicizing the status of theresearch of related topics at home and abroad, I drew up a questionnaire about the situationof the teaching of writing in primary permeating mental health education. And I conducteda questionnaire survey to students and interviewed with teachers. According to the analysisof the results of this investigation and the records of the interviews, I analyzed the studentsof this topic who exposure problems in the teaching of writing. And I try to find out thecause of the problems to hope that I can targeted propose strategies of permeating mentalhealth education in the teaching of writing. According to the ongoing teaching practice, Ifocused on three aspects of training of mental capacity which are about studentscommunicating with people, adjusting self-psychology and establishing the correct values.According to the three aspects of training of mental capacity, I groped writing teachingstrategies which include “make the writing teaching process be a platform to promotingstudents to communicate with people”,“make the form of a variety of exercises be acarrier to guide students to adjust self-psychology”,“make the writing reviews be a instrumentality to lead students to establish the correct values” and “make the teachingreflection be a leader to improve teaching ability of teachers”. I hope the writing teachingstrategies can permeate mental health education better in the teaching of writing inprimary.
